He just tells you to go to urgent care and then collects a check. He is rude and condescending. No bedside manner.

Unethical billing practices
Telehealth
Dr. Salazar accepted a telehealth appointment for my daughter and immediately told us he couldn't treat her because ear infections are not able to be examined over telehealth and suggested we seek in-person treatment instead. He still billed us for the appointment even though the 'appointment' was just telling is he couldn't do it via telehealth. He knew it was for an ear infection when he came on, but he still took it so he could bill for it and collect his money. In addition to this, his bedside manner was not compassionate at all when turning us away.

Wait time terrible, no one in waiting room
Do not know, been waiting over 30 minutes. Keeps telling me connection. No problem connecting with any platforms except this one. 300 downloads,20 upload plenty. Now he disconnected me. A waste of time

Dr Salazar treated my son in the hospital and had excellent bed side manner. He explained everything so that it was very easy to understand and gave us time to ask questions
