Dr. Tiwari was AMAZING. He knew the answers immediately & confident in his reasonings. Informative & knowledgeable. I REALLY appreciate him being honest with me. It saved unnecessary procedure or follow ups.

Doctor did not offer solutions. Did not listen or ask probing questions. Said I'd had a colonoscopy and then brushed off any concerns I had about my bowel issues. Offered blood tests and that was it. It was a total waste of my time and I regret going.

This was my first visit with Dr. Tiwari. He had reviewed my chart and past appointment notes so we were able to jump right in. He explained everything very clearly and the plan going forward was understood.

I was watching TV wwith my husband. I started feeling nauseous. I went to the restroom and vomited a lot of bright red blood. After losing consciousness several times, the EMTs took me to the ER. Dr Tiwari reviewed my symptoms, scheduled me for a scope and found an ulcer. He went back in the next day and installed several clips to close the ulcer. I stayed in the hospital for the better part of a week and was able to go home. Dr Tiwari continued to monitor my progress. I am so thankful for his expertise. I would probably not be here today had it not been for his quick thinking.

Dr Tiwari spent nearly the entire appointment trying to convince me to stop taking a medication I am on for my chronic pain issues, solely because he "didn't like seeing people my age taking that." The medication in question was a very low dose of gabapentin. He repeatedly brought this up even after I requested he stop, told me he was "offering his advice as a person and not a doctor" after I told him politely that I would not be taking this clinical advice, and appears to be trying to treat me with the goal of getting me off this medication which is entirely unrelated to my current problem. I presented with multiple weeks of rectal bleeding with mucus, severe abdominal pain, and a family history of UC, however, Dr. Tiwari seems to think (despite a recent urgent care visit agreeing with me that I likely have UC) that my primary complaint is loose stools, says he thinks I have IBS, and told me that he wants to schedule endo/colonoscopies (good) but that "maybe we won't find anythin...

Dr Tiwari was alert and probing throughout the visit and very pleasant. He developed a plausible assumption and was very good at explaining his ideas about what may be going on.

I would give this provider a score of an infinite number as 1-10 does not even begin to come close to how amazing this provider was. I truly feel incredibly blessed to have had the opportunity to be seen by this provider.

Dr Tiwari addressed all of my concerns and provided clear direction.

I don't think it even registered with him that I have had this pain since late January and never did I get the chance to tell him that at times the pain level was a 10++. I wasn't hurting the day I saw him because I had increased the amount of ginger root I was taking. He seemed to be satisfied that I had found the solution. The next day, I was in pain. My CTscan evidently showed no reason for the pain. I must say that he did ask for me to secure my records from the first gastroenterologist I saw in AZ for this affliction. I was happy to do that, but they required MNGI to contact the Steward Group (Dr. Nedir) in Mesa, AZ, so I called MNGI and gave them the information needed to do that. I very much diagreed with his thought that I had just pulled a muscle. That was absurd. So, I felt my visit was a big waste of time.
