I've had many disappointing experiences with Dr. Lepak. A few years ago I was feeling extremely run down and knew something was wrong. Went to see her and she put me on beta-blockers which only led me to feel worse. I called her office multiple times asking if she would order blood work (logical place to start). She never did and I ended up getting labs from my OB/GYN. Turned out I had mono and she had put me on a med that slows your blood. No wonder I felt horrible. Most recently I had a surgery scheduled and after seeing some pre-op bloodwork numbers, Dr. Lepak decided to not clear me for surgery (completely understandable). The maddening thing is I asked to speak with her directly for clarity, but she never called. Only her nurse. She also never let the surgeon or hospital know that she wasn't clearing me (even though her nurse told me they would notify them). Her receptionist also hung up on the surgeon's scheduler when she called them to verify. Unprofessional, incompetent.

Everyone was courteous and friendly. Dr. Lepak is excellent!! She’s professional, thorough, and really cares about me. She always makes eye contact with me. I always look forward to my visits with her. She’s the best!
