We like Dr. Tibebu. What an awful office, though!
We like Dr. Tibebu. What an awful office, though! The receptionist was yelling at me to say that I needed to sign a new form. I did an e-check and didn't expect to do anything more. No explanation about the form itself. Then, the horrifying thing was the waiting time between doctor's exam and the blood extract. The wait took more than half an hour for me. It took more than 1.5 hours for my husband. In another office we had used in another city, it didn't take more than 3-5 minutes to get this done between the doctor and the lab person. Why taking so long?!!! They have no respect to patients time, bound by the horrifying office management system!

A great Doctor who really cares about her patients
Dr. Tibebu is a great doctor. She takes her time talking with you and makes sure all of your questions are answered and helps you reach your goals of wellness. She was my doctor at MedStar, l was with her for at least 10 years. She always gave me outstanding service. Since she left MedStar that office has gone down. I'm leaving MedStar now to follow Dr. Tibebu. That's how great of a doctor she is!

Dr. Tibebu was thorough in answering questions and spent quite a bit of time going through any health concerns. It was very different from most experiences where physicians and sessions are often rushed.
