Excellent and Caring Physcian
Excellent physician who takes time with you and cares about your well being. Recommended to my wife by a headache specialist and to me by my PCP, who said an orthopedist told him that she is the best in the area. She stopped my wife’s head pain and my S1 nerve pain. She is much better than my previous pain doctor who was always late and seemingly trying to get as many people as possible through the shot mill. If you’re going in to tell her what’s wrong with you and what she needs to do, just go to a shot mill. I went in with a diagnosis from a reputable orthopedic, so I “knew” what I needed. I could have argued with her different diagnosis, left, and written a bad review, which may be what happened in some of the poor reviews posted here. But, I backed off and did what she suggested and it worked great. She was correct, we were wrong. I’m glad she didn’t cave to what me and the orthopedic doctor thought.

Absolutely awful experience with her. She tried to push invasive treatments, non- peer reviewed, not covered by insurance, and with no clinical data showing efficacy for my condition. Criticized the treatments I was recirculation from other doctors for conditions not related to her field of practice. And seemed to have little to no empathy for myself, and others (witnessed and overheard).

So thankful!
Dr. Atli and staff have given me options for managing my pain instead of just prescribing more drugs. She js careful to explain each step of a procedure and takes the time to make sure I’m comfortable.

1. I arrived early for appointment & was the only one in the waiting room. Still took me back a half hour after appointment time, then had the gaul to say time was short and we wouldn't have much time to discuss much in the appointment.2. Insisted on keeping a credit card on file. I declined since most practices who do this have lax billing standards. They pushed. I further explained I had hit my out of pocket max for the year. I encouraged them to check the records. They declined to check as they were too busy but still insisted on a card on file. Dr Atli stated she has over 400 patients who 'have not paid their bills.' This statement is a red flag on so many levels.3. Prescribed treatments which I had to state repeatedly were not consistent with my life needs. I have to drive for a living I cannot be on meds that make me dizzy or sleepy. Targeted shots cover the pain for long periods which make muscle spasms worse if I cannot correct with PT which muscle is failing that day.
