Horrible
I strongly advise against seeking care from Dr. Ayub Hussian due to a deeply disappointing experience. His approach to patient care lacked professionalism, as he frequently interrupted me and displayed a dismissive attitude. When I was unable to recall specific treatment dates—information readily available in my medical file—he became visibly upset, which felt unwarranted and unprofessional. The encounter left me so dissatisfied that I chose to leave the appointment. Given this experience, I cannot recommend his services and will continue to share my concerns with others.

Highly Recommend
I had a colonoscopy 5 years ago with Dr. Hussain and he was very thorough and updated my husband right afterwards. They called me this year for my follow up in January. I just now have time to get it done and called today and received an appointment for next week. Absolutely no issues with him or his staff.

second colonoscopy comparison
Dr Hussain performed my second colonoscopy. I want to document the experience comparing my two procedures (separated by 5 years)1) I met with Dr Hussain personally before the procedure and spent 20 minutes talking. With the other provider, I met with an assistant and never actually talked to the doctor. I will also say Dr Hussain is easy to talk to.2) The staff at the HCA surgical center were professional and attentive.3) Doctor Hussain came out before the procedure and met me in the prep/recovery area. He spent time asking how I was and talking with my wife. I was really surprised since I never saw the doctor in my first procedure.4) The procedure was uneventful, and I was presented with a full printout with pictures of my procedure and everything the Doctor did and found.Overall, I would recommend Dr Hussain. Getting an appointment took a while with a long hold time and the staff overly verifying my insurance, but it was worth it. I’m glad I changed providers.

My first visit
It took me 2 months to get an appointment with Dr. Ayoub hoping that I will get the care that I needed. Unfortunately Dr. Ayoub did not give me any attention, all what he did is ask few questions and wrote the answer on his laptop. The whole time he spent with me was 4 minutes. Left the office with nothing. Bad Doctor, no caring, not a professional at all. Stay away from him.

Dr Hussain has removed several precancerous polyps from me. His bedside manner is second to none and without hesitation, I would fully recommend him to anyone. Unfortunately, his clinic staff at NCH could do with a few lessons in patient relations though. You are nobody to them and they really do let it show! There is more to every patient other than their ‘ID and Insurance card’ which is about all they have to say to you. A smiley greeting wouldn’t hurt them - or perhaps it really would ……. Maybe they should just try it and find out for themselves some day - soon. They may feel good after it!

Inefficient and ignorant support staff. Doctor Hussain is fine, but his staff is poorly trained and overly arogant. They refused a refill to my prescription claiming that I had not seen the doctor in over a year, when in actuality I have records that was examined 8 months ago.

I came to Dr Hussain with symptoms of acid reflux. He suspected heart issues and referred me to a cardiologist. Thank goodness he did. I had a 99% blockage that required a stent. I feel Dr Hussain saved my life. He is very knowledgeable and very patient and really listens to you.
