I was a patient for a long time and went to make an appointment last summer and they said I didn't come there often enough and would be considered new and would have to wait 3 to 4 months. I was within a week of my appointment and lost my ride. I asked to put it off maybe a week or so and they said that I would go to back of the line. They made me wait another 3 months. Well, I was within a week of being seen and I get a call saying we are overwhelmed and won't see me. It is obvious that they gave my appointment away and my money and or insurance is no good there. Having worked in healthcare for 20 years and having a healthcare management degree, this is why our healthcare system is frowned on by many. I would look elsewhere. Dr. Rao is good, the office management is not.

My name is Deborah Humphrey i was scheduled to see Dr Rao Wednesday at 330 Could please get it rescheduled i need it with Dr Rao and for late in the afternoon please Im sorry i keep having to cancel but im having health issues

I can't recommend Dr Rao highly enough. I have been to many other doctors for my condition and he was the first to actually listen to me. Both he and his staff are very caring and competent. I really trust what he says and I have had great experiences with him. Highly recommend.
