I became Dr. Pittenger's patient when he first came to NBMC. I owe him my life, when he detected I was over medicated from previous care. My heart rate was so low I could have gone into cardiac arrest. The care he has given the past 12 years has been professional & caring. I appreciate him not being a pill pusher. He works & follows through with all my care including tests or referrals, if need be. I've never felt rushed at appts. I trust his ability & medical knowledge. His staff A++++

I have been a patient of Dr. Pittengers' since early 2008. My mother was as well until she died of Alzheimers' at age 93. I have always found him to be up to date in his knowledge on the latest in his field and other areas of medical practice. He is both personal and professional. He is courteous, kind and and caring. I am shocked by the other entry left on this sight and it for that reason and that reason alone that I felt compelled to right my honest review of my Dr. P, M. Markell Esq
