The whole process was very organized and efficient . Staff was friendly . Dr came in before my procedure and introduced himself and explained procedure and answered my questions. He came in after my procedure snd explained how the procedure went and answered questions. Very professional and easy to talk to.

Pre-colonoscopy visit
Dr. Bick listened as I spoke about my issues and put my mind at ease concerning issues that I had. He explained that he understood what I was saying and that he thought that that issue was a separate problem related to but not as serious as I had thought.

ERCP Procedure went ok however I woke up with a fat lip. No big deal they do a lot of work in there. I was in a decent amount of pain and they kept me in the hospital for a couple days. Upon discharge I was offered pain medication to go home with, however I had a prescription from another doctor and therefore didn't need it at the time. A few days later and I have no pain medication and the Dr tells me to go to the emergency room if I need pain medication. They just made 10's or maybe 100's of thousands of dollars. Thanks!
