Awesome provider!
Every time I come to Dr Puckett it is not without a fun time in him explaining everything that he's going to do. In each of the visit as well as my surgery, now that it has been performed, he wasad well as the staff are on point in listening to everything that I said. My concerns, my worries and how and where we're going forward in my healing. I wish all doctors had his compassion and it's showing gratitude to the patients well-being.

Kind, compassionate, helpful doctor!
Dr. Puckett was very knowledgeable & able to diagnose my issue very quickly. He was then quick to begin treatment; ensuring my rehabilitation therapy was ordered at the rehabilitation facility I preferred. My follow up visit revealed my range of motion has greatly improved. Dr. Puckett is very caring & seems genuinely concerned that I recover as much as possible. His bedside manner is very pleasant & his demeanor instantly calms any white coat nerves.

Visited a different group for hand surgery. Did not go as planned. I’ve had trouble with my hand since. Visited Dr Puckett today. He was interested in finding out what was going on and discussed with me options to a healing road with my hand. He was interested in getting my hand better. He was very kind and compassionate given my situation. His staff was also very nice. Thank you.
