HORRIBLE!Hours wait, Rushed into unnecessary tests
Was 2+ hours late to my appointment making me lose out on money and a job. saw me for maybe 5 minutes before determining I need a biopsy .. when I TOLD HER I have had this condition my whole life and needed a stronger course of action. Felt pushed and rushed into it because she was in and out of my room when she finally did see me. Relented ... now I'm stuck with 2K worth of uncovered medical expenses and NO DIAGNOSIS other than the one I have had since birth. They triple charged me and sent it to another pathologist without my consent. Had to fight to lower it to even $2,000 - Now my credit will tank because of her recklessness and negligence. NEVER see her if you value your money, credit, time and health. She clearly only cares about making money off as many patients she can fit in a day at the cost of patient care, quality and the patient.

Terrible! Total waist of time. She did a test telling me the test would be available in a few days and the test took a month and by then I was even sicker. I had to go to a different doctor who immediately put me on antibiotics.

Doctor Mackool is just awesome. She is one most knowledgeable dermatologist I have ever met. More importantly, her calm demeanor and caring attitude eliminated any anxiety that I was experiencing. I truly believe that without a sense of caring, there can be no sense of curing. Dr. Mackool punctilious examination techniques definitely shows that she has the necessary sagacity to find a solution that will address any of your physical concerns. Thanks Dr. Mackool for being so special!
