Dr. Black is very knowledgeable. I trust him with my son's eyesight over any other Opthalmologist. If my son hadn't required surgery and follow up visits I can honestly say I would have never gone back solely because of the staff. Front desk admin as well most of the techs who help order eyeglasses are terrible! Oh, that reminds me, don't expect to use your vision insurance on eyeglasses there because they don't accept insurance for eye wear there. You have to take your prescription elsewhere.

Horrible! If there was less than one star, I would have used that option! It took almost THREE hours for an eye exam; and in the end, the exam had been done incorrectly and I had to go to another doc to correct. None the less, they expected me to pay my invoice in full and sent me to collection when I refused. Fifty years old and first time ever sent to collection! Rude and unresponsive when you try to resolve problem. Wouldn't wish these people on anyone!
