Great Doctor!

1,000 characters is not enough space to detail how morally-bankrupt, dishonest, empathy-stripped and vile the staff at this office are.These are unqualified, inhuman and very aggressive people.My appointment was cancelled without a call or text after waiting for 3 weeks.I found out after I got to the office on the day of my appointment, and when I asked questions 3 woman at the counter took turns raising their voices at me and being inhuman and unkind.One of them made up a lie about why it was cancelled, and when I showed her evidence of the lie - the other woman yelled at me.I’m 31 and have never seen anything like it.They don’t care about me.They don’t care about you.This is an unqualified, morally bankrupt cash-grab looking to skim insurance money off of sick old people.Good Gastro doctors. There are hundreds. Go to ANY other office

about 5 years ago,i went to dr tobin .he found out that i had liver cancer due to hep c.other doctors did not even send me for those tests. he set me up to go to cleveland clinic where i eventually had a liver transplant.if it wasnt for him i might not have found out in time.he is the most professional doctor you can find and i am so thankful to him.his staff was very professional also and very caring.thanks to all of you!

My paperwork was never sent in for colonoscopy, prepped for 4 DAYS (Got SuTab etc) & told at last minute paperwork wasn't sent (should have been sent 3 days earlier) Aimee was too interested in her bagel from Dr Towbin, pumpernickel right Aimee? Worst experience @ health facilty ever!! Then kept getting hung up on, because knew forgot-SOOOO WRONG!!!!!

I saw Dr. Towbin in 2014 for a colonoscopy. I was so impressed, I referred my husband to him and then when it was time in April for another procedure, I went right back to Dr. Towbin. He was on time to the minute if not second. Dr. Towbin instantly puts a person at ease with his demeanor and confidence. His staff is professional and efficient and pleasant. The outpatient center also was impressive. Thank you so much Dr. Towbin.

Towbin and his office made it way too complicated along with their lack of follow through....prep directions never included Miralax two days prior, etc. Towbin may be a good doctor but not up to my standards. Consider this case closed

I have had 2 visits with Dr. Towbin and found him very knowledgeable, a good listener and very nice guy. I would highly recommend him.

Dr. Towbin, his nurse Amy and all the staff in the office arenvery nice from check in to check out. Everyone listen and wants to help and get you better. They called as soon as my results were in and just wowed me.

On first meeting, Dr. Towbin was pleasant, disarming and very knowledgeable. His demeanor relaxed me and made me less nervous about discussing my upcoming colonoscopy. I will leave more feedback after the completion of my procedure.

Dr. Towbin is unhelpful and wastes a patients time. He ordered unnecessary tests, didn't have enough time to listen and answer my questions, and claimed that he did "not know" what to do with my medical situation. Not sympathic and unfriendly. I would not recommend him.

My experience with Dr. Towbin has been excellent. He is patient and gives his undivided attention to patients. He makes sure to follow up with you and his staff is helpful and efficient.

Dr. Towbin is more interested in talking on his cell phone than dealing with a patient. This has happened every time we have been in his office. He also suggests tests that are unnecessary because their medical group owns the machines. He gets an F in my opinion.
