Good with some things, not everything
Dr. Hernández helped me with one thing, but completely neglected another. She provided the proper treatment for my gallstones and sent the referral to have it removed, but she completely neglected my hypothyroidism. She changed the dosage of my medicine and it made me barely able to function. I had to use a telehealth service to get the correct dosage. I wish she took me seriously. Also, not sure if this is the new protocol, but she asked if I was born a biological female, which I found extremely offensive. There’s also a language barrier. She will completely ignore questions she doesn’t understand.

Bad attitude
I’ve had a few appointments with her and it always just ends up with her quickly getting annoyed and getting an attitude with me.
