This office is always busy but the staff handles that well. Dr Martin always remembers me even though I only see him 3 times per year. Always a pleasant experience.

The front desk check in staff was not friendly and mostly indifferent; really unfortunate for an otherwise very good interaction with nursing and the physician. This is bad for the care team.

When I called in February or March, the earliest available appointment was July, but I ended up getting an appointment around mid-May when an appointment opened up on the waitlist. Dr. Martin is friendly and knowledgeable. The assistant is also super nice and always a pleasure to see.
