Absolutely wonderful
Dr. Kotlus is a gem. I have gone to him for both injectables and surgery. With every procedure he listens to what I’d like and shows me what is and isn’t possible. As a result, I feel informed to make the best decisions for myself. This, combined with Dr. Kotlus’s artistry and “bedside manner,” is worthy of tremendous recommendation.

I’m shocked by some of the reviews. I have high standards and expectations of my doctors. Dr. Kotlus has always delivered excellent results when it comes to my eyes’ aesthetics. I fully trust his decisions and talent as a surgeon.

I saw Dr. Kotlus for injectable about five years ago, in Michigan, before he moved to NYC. I actually flew to his NYC office because he spoiled me god anyone else. He is an artist, and I couldn’t be happier with my results. He is truthful, telling you what he can or cannot achieve with fillers and/or surgery and why. He is personable, professional, and I will be back to see him again. I highly recommend him, and his office staff is lovely as well.

I am not sure how this doctor was able to achieve so many positive reviews (family and friends perhaps ??? This doesn’t seem so outlandish as I just read an article that says he built his business from internet blogging.) His work is minimally effectual at best and the limited results of his injectibles wear off not long after they are noticeable. He is not a good listener I will not waste my money on him again after a year and a half of trying to get it right!

I read stellar reviews about Dr. Kotlus, so was eager to go to him for my under eye bags I am really happy I went to him and see why he got such great reviews. Dr. Kotlus was very thorough with explaning fillers vs surgery options, and did not pressure me with either choice. He was very caring, considerate, knowledgeable, and explained realistic expectations. I went with fillers and am very happy with the result. I may do the surgery later. Thank you Dr. Kotlus!
