Dr B is a very caring physician. He takes time to listen and appreciates input regarding the side affects of any medications or any concerns a patient might have. He looks at the whole picture and not just symptoms. I think of him as a close family member and know that he is just a phone call away.

He is a sorry excuse for a doctor. He needs to retire because his compassion and dedication to patients is lacking. Patients with known conditions will suffer as he will do nothing to treat the problem even in the end of life care. There are several other doctors in Bedford that are compassionate and helpful. He refused to help a patient when other healthcare professionals recommended that he should write an order to help a patient who was nearing end of life and needed hospice. I hope he learns compassion when his own life will need compassion and help when he nears the end of his life.

Lack of compassion – Nov 10, 2020

Dr Buchanan is a "hands off" practice... he relegates appoints to an associate staff with limited medical knowledge. have had 2 wellness checkups and have never seen the Dr only his Practical Nurse.. yet billing includes a litany of excess charges as if his own professional skills were being utilized which they are not.
