Dr. Dooreck spoke very fast as if he was in a hurry to get the visit over with and spoke over me. He was not listening as if info was not important. I called him out on it, and he said “because you have a mask on I didn't hear”. He didn't take the time to review labs that were recently done. He may have been rated highly, but I find him very very impatient and impersonal. Nothing friendly about him. After the procedure is done, I will never go back to him. The best part of their staff was AnnMare. She saved the day and was extremely helpful. The other staff members were okay.

From the moment you walk in the staff was outstanding not to say the physicians were extraordinary. Such an amazing team. Highly recommended.

Tried to make an appointment for Dr. Dooreck. The appointment line never picks up the phone. After multiple calls, I left a message and 72 hrs passed without a callback. I called again and spoke to the front desk who recommended I leave another message. After advising them that it shouldn't take 4 days to make an appointment she placed me on hold to find the appointment girl. After holding a few minutes Monique picks up the phone with a very condescending tone. She seems to be bothered by the fact that she had to do her job. I decided to hang up on her and find a new doctor. If making an appointment is this complicated and frustrating the doctor is not worth seeing.

This procedure today (Nov 5th) was another outstanding service provided by Dr. Dooreck and his team. There was practically no wait time to be taken into this prep area. The doctor even called my husband to advise what was happening once the procedure started and he made special effort o advise me of the preliminary results following the procedure. The man is never to busy to not take calls or explain what is happening. This is refreshing in this day and age of robotic surgery..

I would like to go see you, but impossible to make an appointment, very bad

This was my second visit. I had a procedure done and the service from all the staff Arline, Maria, and Selma. They made my nervous go away and I felt so comfortable. Dr. Dooreck is such a professional. He explained everything and I’m so glad that I found him. The office called to follow-up after my procedure that shows they really care about the patients. I’m very pleased with this group and highly recommend them.

Dr. Dooreck changed my life. He cured me of the GERD and for the 1st time in 35 years, I don’t have esophageal pain. Without trying, I have dropped 17 pounds with no effort – just by not overeating to stop the constant burn when the prescription medication, Pepcid, Zantac, Prevacid, Tagamet, Tums, etc., didn’t work. For the very first time, a follow-up endoscopy showed the area had healed!!! I am grateful to his very kind staff: Maria, Gurshin, scheduler Anne-Marie and Nurse Holly who were all helpful and communicative. Dr. Dooreck has an interesting speaking manner as he collects your history, but he is very communicative and thorough. (He reminds me of some of my super-braniac students – This is the smart guy I want). He listens and explains. I have more GI and other issues and he kindly referred me to some other great doctors and has communicated with them. I am SO grateful for walking in his office. Thank you, Dr Dooreck and staff!! .
