Referral appointment from 125 miles
My local doctor referred me to Dr. Peters, believing he would have the knowledge and expertise to possibly resolve my chronic BPPV. I have suffered with vertigo for 25 years, and episodes had increased in frequency in recent months. I waited a few weeks for an appointment, which was on July 11 at 9:00 a.m. Due to the early time and driving 125 miles to Dallas, my husband and I decided to travel there on the afternoon of the day before. We were very glad we invested in a hotel room and rested prior to the early morning appointment. The entire staff and facility are great. Dr. Peters did not disappoint! He is all business, but was kind, respectful, and attentive as we shared my long history with vertigo. Following a short discussion, Dr. Peters offered his recommendations. We think it is a reasonable and hopeful plan of action. We left feeling confident in him and his experience to help me, as we move forward.

Accomodating office visit
Needed Dr. Peters to take a look at inflammation in my ear. He got me into see him the next morning and called in prescriptions immediately. I don't have a real need to see him often but I do appreciate the response when I need something.

A Gifted Man
After a disappointing experience with an implant surgery in another state ,my clinical adviser from MedEl ( implant is MedEl product) kindly shared that I would be in the best hands with Dr Peters . I lived three states away but felt desperate and trusted her knowledge of surgical skills . He performed four procedures ( both ears ) in one day and I believe he is incredibly skilled. I strongly doubt there is a more skilled implant surgeon in America and I know other ENT docs who admire him . I wish every deaf person could have a doctor with his level of skill. I have had three surgeries on my left ear and was nervous about scar tissue and healing . My stitches were almost invisible , which amazed me . I suffered a long year before seeing him and am thankful for his ability and willingness to deal with my problems . Now I have hearing in both ears and a much better life. He is a kind man and his staff are equally professional and caring .

Dr peters
Dr Peters has treated our family for 30 years. He is the best doctor of any kind I have ever come across in any field of medicine. Others have been good but Dr. Peters is the best! Every single visit over the years has been top of the line professional care. His office staff is very kind and knowledgeable to the patient needs. We love and always will appreciate what Dr Peters has done for our family.

Complete incompetence.
This doctor had not reviewed my file, did not look at the reports sent to him, never took a patient history, and did not know why I was there. He was defensive and condescending in the 2 minutes that I actually saw him.

Dr. Peters has made an extraordinary and positive impact in my life in regards to a very difficult and intractable case of severe tinnitus and deep middle ear pain and fullness. I am from Canada, and the entire medical system here failed to give me any further treatment and we go to a difficult situation other than offering pain management counselling. Dr. Peters assessed my situation with clarity and diligence despite the risks that may have been involved in a solid attempt to cure what was a life debilitating condition for myself. The surgery I received in January 2020 has greatly improved the quality of my life. I still have lingering symptoms of the prior condition however there is a significant improvement. I am still only early in the healing process and I am well ahead of where I expected to be at this point. I recommend Dr. Brian Peters, not only for his expertise his experience and knowledge but he has exemplary bedside manner. Again, I can’t extend my gratitude enough.

I have otosclerosis, I feel incredibly grateful to have met Dr. Peters, spending 3 hours with him has improved every single conversation that I have now. I can somewhat imagine all the effort it took for him to be a top class surgeon of his caliber. I'm 28 years old now, and I really feel like he gave me my personality back. Per doctor Peter's orders, I went back to my local doctor for a 3 month hearing test. My local ENT was amazed at my results- I can hear at 0 db in some frequencies!
