She does not provide services for patients for short-term situations, yet doesn't tell patients this prior to the appointment, schedules the appointment, then proceeds to tell the patient she won't provide them any services. She also charges a $380 "facility fee" for telehealth appointments, so you will pay about $740 for an appointment to hear her say how many services she does not provide.

Completely misunderstood what I had to say, put words in my mouth, examined me for "chest pain" (?! Never said I had that!) and then referred me to a psychologist because apparently the issue for which I was seen was "all in my head". Do not understand what the purpose of this visit was, as it was completely counter-productive when compared to the extensive pre-appointment survey I completed and the reason for which I was referred. Total waste of time and money. Friendly enough - all the staff was - but I left upset, panic-stricken over the myriad of unrelated diagnoses and completely discouraged about my situation.
