Dr. Jones is our doctor forever; she was patient, kind, happy, and well-informed; she addressed all my husband's needs and mine.

Listened and appeared to genuinely want to help

Dr Jones was nice … but her staff is rude and uncaring… also she is obviously overwhelmed since we could not get subsequent appointments in a timely manner … and Alzheimer’s need to be treated timely. Staff didn’t care about that either.

Just Awesome! She listens, and goes over and beyond to make sure you receive the best of care.

I liked Dr Jones. She was patient and kind and ordered the necessary test to help diagnose my father. My only complaint is that after we got the results on MyChart I asked via MyChart what this means in layman’s terms and after a week I still haven’t gotten an answer. The next scheduled appointment is 2 months + away and I hate to wait that long for an answer.

Dr Jones is my 2nd neurologist—and I’m glad I found her!! She took nearly an hour with me, explained my MRI and cognitive evaluation to me, changed my medication to better suit what was going on, and referred me to a therapist. This is the first time in nearly two years that a doctor provided an explanation and steps to take. Seriously, make an appointment—the wait will be worth it. Oh...staff was friendly, patient, and professional. Really nice, calm office environment. (1st dr took up over a year of my time & at my third visit hadn’t even looked at my MRI & didn’t remember having ordered/received a cognitive test!! Ugh.)

She may be caring but needs to go back to medical school badics

She was was caring and professional, very attentive and thorough. I would recommend her to family and friends.

Dr. Jones is one of the most caring and kind Physicians we have had the pleasure of meeting. I am so grateful that she is my daughter's Neurologist. She listened to our concerns as well as shared her own about my daughter. She made us feel comfortable and at peace by explaining each aspect of what was going on with my daughter. We prayed before we went to see her, and the Lord God answered our prayers!

Dr. Jones is one of the most caring and knowledgeable doctors that I have been to. She truly wants to help you and does everything in her power to get you the care you need. I would recommend her to anyone! I am glad she is at Baptist.

We have been to several other neurologist that seemed to just want to add medications to cover the problem, but Dr. Jones sat down and actually listened to everything that we had to say and gave us a diagnosis that we've been waiting months for. We trust her 100% and would recommend her to anyone!
