Huge disappointment.
NO, worse doctor and office staff that I could ever imagine. Absolutely nothing positive. All waits in the office have been well over an hour. Dr.Freyne shows no interest or caring, sitting there with eyes on computer reading past info and reading treatment suggestions. If you ask a question, she answers abruptly as she is getting up to leave the room. Medication prescriptions are a nightmare - prednisone given on a 'as needed' basis, my pharmacist questioned this as it is never prescribed that way. I just didn’t take it. Other meds worked well. I recently had extreme neck pain and there was no way I could get help, no office visit available for over a week, but I could not drive anyway. No telephone visit for 5 days but I could not go that long in the extreme pain. No refill of old prescriptions because nurse said that they are narcotics (they are NOT narcotics unless the internet is wrong). I actually trust internet more than I trust Dr. Freyne. I suffered severely with my pain, an

More than meets the ey
As a new patient of Dr. Freyne’s (4 months) I’m stunned by some of the comments from the sad, bitter people here. They have the ability to complete bloodwork in-house (amazing!), always accommodating when it comes to scheduling appointments, and she is personable and genuinely interested in ME as a patient. I think the expectations of some people are unreasonable as she delivers what she promises.

Dont go
Nothing went well , I dont want to disclose my identity because she has very bad mouth/insulting attitude on reviews. My wife was disappointed completely . I informed my doctor for giving a horrible referral. Suggested him not to send his patients to Brigid.

Terrible Rheumatologist; Waste of Time!
I was referred to Dr. Freyne to continue my care while visiting family for 2 months 11/12 2023. The first visit, She did not once make eye contact and was glued to her laptop. She said she wanted to do bloodwork, which I had proof of recent blood work done in November after my last biokogic infusion. She ignored what I had to say. I emphasized several times during the first visit that I was seeing her, as per my referring Rheumatologist in Coeur d'Alene, ID, for my infusions. She didn't care and said she wanted to do ultrasounds of my hands and feet and I was to come back and have those done two tuesdays in a row. She also said I was on too much Prednisone and instructed me to taper, very fast. I questioned; she didn't see to care. I started tapering and I continued to feel worse. When I returned for my first follow up visit, she said none of the tests reflect that I had RA and she felt I had Fibromyalgia and refused to give my biologic infusion. I flew to Idaho to get my infusion.

Not Really A Doctor, but A Shark
An incompetent medical practitioner who uses her practice to collect money. I have visited this “Dr.” 3 times now in 2 months, and have racked up charges exceeding $600.00. She prescribes unnecessary procedures like ultrasounds and blood tests, which she does in her office, and then charges you an outrages amount of money. I’ve had 4 blood tests now, and still do not have a proper diagnosis. My primary physician advised that an ultrasound is not necessary for the type of condition that “Dr.” Frenye says I may have. He cringed when I mentioned “Dr.” Frenye’s name.

Firs time visit. Chart was someone else's. After waiting a half hour, she came in with my chart. She suggested a new drug for osteoporosis, which I had researched and read that the possible side effects could be heart attack or stroke within the first year of taking the drug. I said I wasn't comfortable with taking it and she said "You are old. You'll probably have a stroke anyway." That did it. I never went back and would never recommend someone who was so unprofessional.

Dr Freyne is super knowledgeable, caring, compassionate and puts patients first, always. This has been my experience. She is very dedicated to looking after patients and I have always seen her put her patients' interest first and foremost. She has definitely been the best and done the best from every regard in my perspective. Her office is very efficient and the care provided is very comprehensive. No other place I have been to or heard of that provides such optimal care. I have always been looked after very well by Dr Freyne. She is and always will be my favourite doctor.

4 appointments too many with this horrible Doctor. I give the star to the nice nurses that took my blood which was Every time I was in there! She could care less about you, she just analyzes you to see every way possible she can milk your insurance for money. I’m very young compared to her usual patients. It was by the second appointment that I started noticing that she could care less about anyone who walks in that door. Turns and burns is what this Dr. Freyne does. Surprised by all the horrible reviews about her that she’s still in business. I never give reviews like this, but felt this was absolutely necessary.

dr. is pretty much the only rheumatologist in the area. She has a poor bedside manner, does not look a patient in the eyes, does not listen and my appointment was pretty much a waste of time. She missed so much I couldn’t really tell if she would be able to help me or not. Typical IE doctor with poor manners and rushed for nothing. It’s much easier to take a few minutes with a patient and get The fact right so their time isn’t wasted and the appointment is effective.

Excellent care of my Gout. This gout specialist put me on Kystexxa for a few months and all the gout lumps dissolved. She said it is like 'liquid draino' -- amazing!! Now I don't look like a deformed person. I would highly recommend this treatment to any one who suffers from severe gout.
