Dr. Brittney Benjamin, MD

Dr Benjamin spent time with me and listened to my concerns. She verified medication that was prescribed by a dermatologist. She explained clearly my challenges. I was extremely impressed by her expertise.

Past experience was awesome. She’s leaving Intercoastal. Bummer. Trying to find out where she is going.

I absolutely love Dr. Benjamin. She never rushes through the appointment, she listens to any of my questions and responds thoughtfully and professionally. She genuinely talks to you like a real person. I’m sad to hear she is leaving IMG but I hope to remain a patient of hers for a long while, great internists are difficult to find and she is definitely one of the best.

Do yourself a favor, find another doctor

Dr Benjamin is a personable, patient Doctor. I never feel rushed. I never feel not heard and all my questions are answered. She is thorough and asks questions.

My visits have all been positive with her. She has been personable and through, attentive, asking questions and answering my questions and never making me feel rushed or unimportant. My tests have been added to my chart page quickly, my Rx's are filled and renewed promptly. It seems some people rate the office staff along with the Dr but that should be a separate review Imo.

After being an established patient for about one year, this doctor dropped me. I first heard the news when a medical supply store contacted the doctor's office for an order. Weeks later, I received a letter in the mail stating that the doctor had dismissed me from her care. No reason why. I'm elderly. It has been very frightening to be without a doctor while I work on securing another one.

After an insurance change first of the year, IM Group didn’t accept but I wanted to keep her as PCP so I became self pay. Had a physical scheduled, office confirmed self pay day before. Checked in, sat in waiting area, called back to desk to tell me Dr wouldn’t see me as self pay pt. No explanation, was refused access to speak to her or her nurse. Could reschedule when I changed to an accepted insurance. Could have told me the day before? Insurance $ more than a self pay established patient?

This was my initial visit with Dr. Benjamin. She was friendly well prepared had reviewed my blood work ahead of time and on task the entire time. I would recommend her to anyone as a family physician.

bloodwork back for one month she will not call to discuss results. called many times and still never heard from anyone in office.. finding new doctor! the worst I have ever seen at this place.....

Very brief, she does not get up from her chair and gives you a general check up..heart sounds or lungs..and so on. I think she should at least do the minimum and check something since they get good amt of money from the insurance each visit. It seems to me more like a counseling session..a very basic one. I ll be changing doctor

Never received CT scan from Dr Benjamin. No follow up from her. Was very disappointed that she never followed up with my moms care.
