Performed multiple procedures on my wife over a number of months to remove pieces of a kidney stone which had caused a massive infection. Infection was dealt with successfully in the first procedure. Rest were series of pre-planned procedures to remove pieces of the stone. Very open to questions & forthcoming with information. Pleasant & caring.

In general, she was never available for me when I needed to see her.Everytime I had a kidney stone attack, she would always tell me to go to the ER.all the time. What is the point of having a urologist if they can’t or won’t help?I never returned to see her.

My mother had a procedure done by Dr. Harnisch. For almost an entire month she was in excruciating pain afterwards. She called the office multiple times complaining about her pain and was brushed off over and over again. My mother had to demand an ultrasound to find out what was causing the pain. Turns out there was still a stent left inside my mother's ureter that was now coming down into her bladder!!! It was left inside of her after the procedure!!! Dr. Harnisch said she didn't see it!
