The BEST
It took me a long time to find a PCP that I trusted. Dr. Dillon was great! She took time to listen and understand. She explained my conditions and options well. I drove very far to see her. I wish her the best of luck in her new practice. I will miss her.

Best ever
She has been my PCP for one year and it’s been great. She listens to me and is always thinking about options. I don’t love the other staff and she is often VERY behind schedule, I think because she takes time with patients. I am sad that she is moving on.

The Best Doctor I’ve Ever Had
Dr.Dillon is my PCP and is the only doctor who has made me feel understood and heard. She is incredible and goes out of her way to make sure I am in good health. I recommend her to everyone and anyone I can

Horrible doctor
I have fallen 3 times with no indication of when I am going to fall or remembering my surroundings during the fall. Almost like I black out before I fall. No I don’t trip. My knee gives out. All she tells me is that I need physical therapy. No! Physical therapy isn’t the answer for my fall. Also, I tried to mention to her that I believe I have MS and completely ignored that also! I am searching for a new PCP as we speak. Stay far away!

Let me say Dr. Dillon USE TO BE my favorite!! I am so sorry to have to say my last, most recent experience wast horrible and will never go back!!! Her staff Bruce spoke to me like I was a cockroach. I have never been so disrespected and been talked to so sarcastically, rudely, childish and uncaring!! Dr. Dillon was of no help either. They messed up a rx and all she had to say to me through a message was “call poison control”! Never had a problem with her in the past but this time made up for every other visit!! Bruce, on the other hand, is always arrogant, sarcastic and rude but this time was severe. I will be reporting details to corporate. Could have been life or death and was told by Bruce “there’s nothing else we can do for you!” Well, there’s something I can do to help someone else from not ever experiencing this horrible treatment!!!

Dr. Dillon is absolutely the best primary care physician I have ever seen. She is kind, non-judgemental, explains things well, takes her time with you and will follow up. I never feel like she's rushing me and I do feel like she genuinely cares. She takes the time to genuinely relate to you as a whole person with feelings, and treats you respectfully and also explains how your health connects from one system to another. I hope she never leaves the area!

I would recommend Dr. Dillon to anyone who gets nervous seeing doctors. She is upbeat and kind, yet forward. She is extremely compassionate, relatable and you can tell she genuinely cares about her patients. I had a great experience and will continue to see her as long as she is in the RVA area.
