He is usually level-headed, but recently he’s been completely capricious and rude. Yesterday he cut off me and my mom while trying to discuss my symptoms and the medicine options. He was not open to discussion and reversed his reasoning since the last appointment. He threw me off and lost a great portion of my trustworthiness indeed. My mom’s friend has the same issue. He does not have an open mind and seems to have the “my way or the highway” attitude.
