Dr. Carl Lindberg, DPM

Dr. Lindberg tried, but was not able to make orthotics for me that I could use. I think he needs to shadow someone who is knows the technique for taking impressions and for making adjustments. On the first try, the central part of the orthotics was too high. Walking on them was like walking on a teeter-totter and was painful. He assured me that if he could not resolve the problem he would return the $400 I had paid. He made adjustments and sent me home with them. The adjustments he made did not solve the problem. At the next appointment he took impressions again. The second pair came back with the same unfixable problem. I requested a refund and returned the orthotics to the clinic. The general manager said a refund is not possible due to their policy on orthotics. Dr. Lindberg assured me he would give me my money back, but his word is trumped by the clinic policy. LET THE BUYER BEWARE.

Tried to use high pressure sales to get me to accept surgery before I could give informed consent. Lots of unhelpful bravado, "there will be no complications," etc. Take the time to get the information you need to take intelligent care of your health. These people will cut you, maim you, and move on like nothing happened, no matter what they say to make the sale at first.

Really caring and honest. Takes time to explain and no hard up sell. Practical.

Dr. Lindberg is a professional!. He listened about my injury, then acted on it with advice, testing, and concern. This is a one in a million kind of Doctor! He truly cares, he listens to the patient with an open mind and is not judgmental. He does not rush you out the door. In my opinion Dr. Carl Lindberg IS ONE OF THE BEST I'VE SEEN.
