FYI , The billing department overcharged us, check how much your copays are and make sure they charge you correctly . Other than that the doctor was very good .

Super sick with allergies, was accepted as a walk same day, after I called several offices but no one would accept same day. I was told that I would have a wait but that I'd be seen ( I was offered to go in a 7pm so that I wouldn't wait as long) All the staff was very friendly. Dr. Cazares listened to me and was super respectful. I received my meds and was better within two days. Definitely will be back .

Does not respect patient's time. Scheduled appointment at 3 and had to wait for 50 minutes. At the 50 minutes mark, I went to ask the admin to see how much longer I would have to wait. Her answer was "30 mins or less." She didn't even bother to apologize or tell me what's going on. Are they seriously running a business asking people to wait 1hour20 minutes pass the appointment time? This is not to mention they poked my arm 3-4 times before being able to draw blood and I've never had this problem
