Dr. Carlos Leon, MD

I wait for almost 2 hours before to be attended for Dr. Leon. Then when finally he call me. It happened just 2 minutes he was listening to me he suddenly said my problem was gastritis without checking me, he just ordered xx medicine, just 2 minutes!!!!! Rush appointment!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I went to this ENT in hopes of getting testing due to some abdominal issues I have been having. Waited over an hour in the waiting room without being acknowledged, was then taken back by his MA who was pleasant. I finally then was able to see Dr. Leon who spent about 2 minutes in the room with me, didn’t acknowledge my concerns, and immediately said even though my symptoms sounded normal, he would order a colonoscopy (I’m only 25 and was expecting some other preliminary testing to avoid such an invasive procedure). The staff never took my insurance information and I’ve since been billed an extremely high charge for such a rushed and unpleasant experience. I would absolutely take my GI issues elsewhere before ever returning to this practice.

Dr. Carlos Leon is a terrible doctor I had a colonoscopy with him and I was at the facility waiting for the procedure almost 4 hours, he left the facility to do something else, while I was waiting for him all this time. My appointment was at 12:00 pm and I had the procedure at 4:00 pm I was without drinking or eating for almost 48 hours and he didn’t care. He even spoke with me about the result of the colonoscopy just the nurses gave me some information about the procedure. He don’t have any consideration for his patients, I never ever want to see this doctor again Do a favor to yourself , stay away from him, he doesn’t care about his patients. It was my first colonoscopy and my experience was terrible. I will never refer him to nobody. There was a nurse that told me that he does this all the time, he leaves his patients waiting too long and go do something else, it wasn’t the first time.

My husband has 28 years old and is in pain almost for 10 years , he was scheduled for endoscopy on 06/7 and when i called today, they cancelled because couldn’t locates my husband and they did not text him, however i went with mu husband and i singned for hippa form and emergency contact but they lost all that info . The other part is that we recived a bill from the first visit and when i called billing department they asked for copy of my husband’s insurance card because they lost it from the first visit, and the dr leon is going on vacation so they gave me appt for September

The office staff is very nice. However, the care I received for my continual gastric issues fell very short. I was new to the office in 2023 and had to wait 12 weeks for a colonoscopy and endoscopy. After seeing Dr Leon's nurse Janet I was extremely dissatisfied with her help for suffering of over 20 yrs with pain and discomfort. There are plenty of other tests that could have been performed , some even in office, just by abdominal palpitation and a gloved hand. These were not done. No enzyme bloodwork was done to check for other organ issues. She didn't look at my other organs such as pancreas problems. I wasn't even examined or touched. She just wanted to put me on meds I'd been on that hadn't worked before. That's the definition of insanity to keep doing the same thing and expecting different results! Love for Dr Leon to see this and contact me! It's not always just your stomach or colon that's the issue. No one could think outside the box. Very discouraging.

Dr Leone was very pleasant and outgoing took time to listen to all my problems explained the Necessary procedures answered all my questions.

My experience was excellent. Previously I had gone to another gastro physician who had me undergo numerous tests and did not provide a diagnosis. Dr. Leon reviewed the tests with me and concluded I should stop taking 2 of my medications. Two days after stopping said meds all of the adverse symptoms disappeared. It was like a miracle. Dr. Leon is very polite and interested in his patient. I would recommend him highly!

Bad bedside manners. Very little patience with patient. I left very inconclusive and confused. Needless to say, no improvement with medication and no further suggestions. I will be seeing another doctor in the hopes that he will take the time to talk to me about my condition, and most of all show interest. I will not recommend this doctor to anyone.

Doc. Leon is very good at what he does, but the office wait time is ridicules. Even their face time appointments keep you waiting. I’m sitting here waiting for my face time appointment right now, they are 40 minutes late so far. I really have better things to do with my time!!

I was seen by Dr. Leon this week and I have an excellent experience he is very dedicate, and careful of his patients, I will recommend Dr. Leon with my eyes close. His staff are the best, friendly and super professional love them!

Tried to see twice. Both times wait was over 2 hrs. Unacceptable. Left without seeing.
