Been in pain for many years. Was reluctant to proceed with Epidural shot etc. However, it was worth the discomfort. A good part of my pain subsided. I will do it again when needed. The staff and Dr Pino explained what was going to - and what was- happening. They were very respectful of me and my concerns. I was not rushed. Sometimes, in today's medical environment that'sg not always the case. This all happened after a recent check up, consult and referral by Robert Hemond, PA
