Excellent care, highly recommended
Dr Gordon and Niki developed a care plan that successfully remediated the pain in both knees following two surgeries, PT, and multiple visits to an Orthopedist. The providers were thorough while assessing my past medical history, procedures, and imaging, and were able to recommend options to reduce pain and improve mobility. They were attentive to my concerns and addressed the areas of pain that I had. Under the care of this practice, I have been able to perform all the activities I used to enjoy- while being pain-free. Highly recommended!

Great practice
Dr Gordon helped relieve my neck pain that I’ve had for years. He was thorough, reassuring and kind. And Nikki NP was supportive and thorough with my pre and post procedure visits. Dr Gordon is the only pain management practice I trust and will continue to go to for my care.

Reduced my pain a lot!
Dr Gordon is great doctor for pain relief. He provided different injections which helped my pain to get better and get back to living my life. He makes sure I am comfortable with decisions at my appointments and comfortable while getting procedures. Saw his nurse practitioners for follow up and they made sure I was feeling better and followed up to stay on top of the pain. My life is so much better after being treated by Dr Gordon.

New York Pain Management Clifton Park
After years of dealing with severe neck pain and stiffness, I had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Charles Gordon and his NP's. I was referred to Physical Therapy and completed Imaging, then brought back in to office and discussed options. I received a few steroid neck injections, which provided so much relief, allowing me to live without constant pain. Staff is great with accommodating appointments when needed. I trust Dr. Gordon and his staff! Best Pain management office around!!

Thank you!!
Thank you so much Dr. Gordon and Jamie, You have given my life back to me. 4 years ago I was paralyzed with back pain, I was overwhelmed with pain and I was taking a dangerous amount of OCT pain pills. Because of the pain I rarely left my house. After meeting with Dr. Gordon and starting a pain management treatment, I had great results!!! I can count on 2 hands how many pills I have had in the last 4 years. Now, I am able to enjoy so much more of my life, including taking care of my 2 grandchildren full time.( that would not have been possible 4 years ago). Dr. Gordon is a great doctor and a very kind man and I am so grateful to him and his staff. Thank you, Mary Slavin

I hardly saw the doctor himself. His nurse was the one that examined me and got my history. He showed up for a couple of minutes and I never saw him again. The nurse called me to give the results of the MRI and X-rays. The staff is borderline rude and just ignores phone calls. I have been trying for weeks to get a hold of the office because they refused a form I filled out to authorize release of information to my doctor. First the whole office was off on vacation for a whole week. Then I called and left messages at the front desk, at the nurses’ station, at the emergency extension, at the surgery center (where they told me they are unable to speak with the office themselves - nobody answers the phone!). Finally Tanya returns my call and leaves me a message to call her back at the main number. So I call and again nobody picks up the phone, not at the front office, not at the nurses stations, not at the emergency number. This is a poorly managed practice…

No problem with Dr Gordon himself, but the staff is awful. The nurse practitioner was rude, couldn't keep her story straight, and only informed me on my SECOND visit that my pain score wasn't high enough for insurance to approve my procedure. She tried to walk it back to milk a third consultation payment out of me, but I had had more than enough of her attitude. She claimed to "lack the magical ability" to know how much pain I was in. Reading the forms I filled out the first time isn't magical.

Dr. Gordon's office is great. Among the hustle and bustle of what visiting a doctor has become he takes time to listen to you during your initial appointment so that he truly understands what may be causing your pain. The office is beautiful and now procedures are being done in this amazing new Surgery Center- truly state of the art. He managed to decrease my pain with the procedure he performed and enabled me to get off my narcotics!

Dr. Gordon is an excellent doctor. I have gotten much relief from procedures on my spine. That said, he is very busy, & it's difficult to get an appt. Most non-procedure appointments are with a PA or NP, although they do confer with him. I gave 4 stars vs. 5 due to the lack of professionalism & incompetence of some of the office staff. Calls go unreturned, mistakes are made regarding scheduling, and unprofessional conversations occur within earshot of patients. Many are very good, however.
