Dr. Oneto is amazing!
The nurses are so kind and accommodating. I am young so a procedure is scary at my age and everyone made sure I was comfortable and fully aware of what was going on. Dr. Oneto made me feel safe and heard and explained step by step everything that would happen and how I would feel and everything. For what should be a scary thing she made me feel calm.

Thorough. Efficient and very informative!
Answered all my questions, even “odd” ones. I see Dr Oneto again for colonoscopy when needed & the dr and nursing staff at Kips Bay Endo where I got it done were very attentive and on point. 10 stars as it was my first colonoscopy and made me feel relaxed and confident in their experience.

Incredibly Professional
The staff at Kips Bay Endoscopy center were all totally warm and professional, Dr Oneto Is increíble, with warmth and a professional demeanor, she quickly vanquished any anxiety that I had. She greeted me outside the recovery room and gave a thoughtful report and instructions for a follow up . Muchas Gracias!

Amazing experience
From the moment I walked I was welcome with kindness. I was caught in the rain so I was soaking wet and the receptionist gave me a scrub shirt with their logo. The entire staff educated me well. Dr. Oneto has the best beside manner. She took really good care of me.

Dr Oneto's office is by far the most bureaucratic office I have ever had to deal with. All results and comms need to be sent through some 'secure portal' that is fiddly and does not work well, and be prepared to spend at least 10 mins through automated navigation on the phone to reach her assistant - who then doesn't always send you what you ask. The Dr herself is not nasty but her approach to medicine is more like a military operation: She will listen to test results more than to your symptoms.
