All I can say is she and her nurse were wonderful!!! Listen to all of my complaints. Started a plan to find out what is wrong with me.

She is wonderful
Telehealth
She's the first rheumatologist I've had since 2009 that actually listened to me, she stayed in the room for an hour talking about my medical history, meds and experiences. Most doctors are in-and-out of the room in a matter of minutes, not her though!I can't recommend her enough!

Thorough and kind
I have had several rheumatologists since my diagnosis 13 years ago. She is one of the better ones! She is kind, thorough, and listens to what you have to say. She offers suggestions, but ultimately allows you to make an informed decision regarding your care plan.

Starts out well,,,, but then
A bit full of herself. Tried to get my husband on a med that SHE was pushing. We did not qualify for assistance with it. Very expensive. She kept trying to get us to reapply. We wasted months with my husband in pain. Almost 6 months later we saw an amazing doctor in Tampa. She couldn’t believe that his previous doctor did not recommend a drug she knew would help instantly. We got an assistance program,,, he’s been on it for a while and sees amazing improvement! Beware of any doctor who is pushing one drug only.

Thorough
Dr Sullivan was very thorough. She spent a good amount of time learning about my history and discussing my future plan of care. Since I'm a snowbird she made conscious effort for me to have an appointment with her before I leave to make sure I have everything I need. She also assisted me in finding a podiatrist because I need some surgery on my foot. I was anxious about finding a new rheumatologist since I've had the same rheumatologist in Arizona for over 25 years; however, I feel very confident and fortunate to have found Dr. Sullivan.

Excellent personable, intelligent, and awesome!
From the minute you walk into the office you feel welcome and important. Lori the nurse is incredible! Dr Sullivan is smart, proactive, informed, communicates well, and make sure you feel that you are important. This is the first doctor's visit I've had in years where I actually understood what I was being told.

Would love to leave a review. Would love to make an appointment because for one she is a she and secondly I know of patients that see her and love her. I have lupus and several other disorders that require a rheumatologist and she seems to be the most knowledgeable.

we never actually got a visit. I made our appointment April 8 appointment in February. Apparently they moved the office April 1. Showed up at old location for appointment, after googling location. Informed we were in wrong location. said if we got to new location they would still see us, but reduce time appt. We got there in 20 minutes and were told Doctor cancelled us because she had a drug rep lunch appt. Sure enough, Toojay, Door Dash delivery and then a drug rep showed up. Free lunch before patients. Not our kind of physician. We are moving on. The rheumatologist that referred her wasnt any better. They just dont like to see patients much.

Proactive and super smart - suggested PT for quads when I was there for another issue and so glad she did! Patient, thorough and kind ...... in the words of a physician I once asked for a referral to a good doctor - no I can't recommend a good doctor but I can give you the best doctor. He did and so am I.

Dr. Sullivan is a very caring doctor and her staff is friendly and efficient. The wait time in the office has always been 15 minutes, half hour at the most. I am very happy to have found her as she has helped me tremendously. I suffer from Raynaud's and she has made it possible for me to not be affected by this disease on a daily basis as I once was. I highly recommend her.

Dr. Sullivan gives you your undivided attention when she enters your exam room. She is very passionate for her career and is well-worth the wait. Unlike other doctors, who may dismiss symptoms as typical for your condition or consider them exaggerated, she listens to all your concerns in order to make a well thought-out and correct diagnosis. She is very genuine and it seems that she truly cares that her patients get better long-term through her treatment.

Dr. Sullivan is hands-down one of the best medical doctors i have seen in my life! Her professionalism and demeanor are truly refreshing. Her bed-side manner is calm, positive, thorough, attentive and personal. How rare in a profession that is increasingly corporate and very often reflects an assembly line operation.... - AD Queens, NY

I would not recommend that anybody of color visit this office. I can't rate the doctor since we were never seen and walked out. Upon entering the receptionist was on the phone. After standing in front of the receptionist for a few minutes without her raising her head to acknowledge me, I signed in and sat down. The office was empty and after 1 hour and 15 min we got up and left.
