Very short and rude on the phone. Disrespectful and unfriendly. I just needed to speak with Dr. Tao for less than a minute to have something handled and she made sure that I felt very inconvenient as well as unimportant. I understand people have bad days and I would like to not jump to conclusions about this doctor, but i felt very disrespected and as if my time was invaluable. Will not be returning and will no longer try to contact this doctor. Her reputation is soiled with me.
