Horrible for Infants - avoid at all costs
We took our 7 week old baby to see Dr. Hurst to get checked out due to feeding issues. The doctor was extremely rough in handling our baby. She didn’t not care that he was in extreme duress and even cut his mouth during mouth and throat exam. I would 100% NOT recommend going to see her if you have an infant or child.

I went to see Dr. Hurst for my throat in October. I told I had been getting tonsil infections for the last 2 months. At that time I had already had 5 of the same infections. I told her my entire story and how much pain I was in and she basically dismissed my story saying it wasn’t anything in my throat or tonsils. She then proceeded to send me to an infectious disease doctor and put me on another antibiotic when I told her that the others didn’t work for me. I felt as though she did not care about my issues and wanted to leave the appointment as soon as possible. I know I will not be going back to her and don’t recommend her.

Dr Hurst listens carefully to your concerns and asks pertinent questions to diagnose with warmth, caring and concern. She expertly advises follow up. I always feel confident in her assessments. Very professional yet always a personal touch and approachable. Dr Hurst is a highly skilled doctor and I’m glad to be her patient!

My daughter has seen her several times for ear tubes and hearing issues. Dr. Hurst listens, explains things thoroughly, and has a great demeanor. She’s been great at helping us make the best possible decisions for our daughter’s hearing health. I highly recommend her.

Today my 13 month old son saw dr hurst regarding his frequent ear infections (3 in 6 weeks). He had a hearing test which his right ear clearly failed in his right ear. Myself and the women administering the test thought this was clear. She then determined with a machine his hearing was normal. Dr. Hurst was completely dismissive of my feelings I brought up how he seemed to not hear a thing in his right ear and she kept repeating "she concluded his hearing was normal". She told me he didn't have
