Dr. Dean was understanding, friendly, and able to get me feeling better in no time. Very grateful was able to see me right away.

Try to set up a visit with my PCP Dr. Lipnick for a shoulder injury for last time he was able to help me with a cortisol injection. I was told I would not be able to get into see him this week (no big deal he is busy cause he is amazing) but that Dr. Dean would be able to help with my request. I explained to Dr. Dean what happened with my previous injury, this injury felt the same on the opposite shoulder, what I have done to try and help it (PT, meds, heat and ice) and how Dr. Lipnick helped. Dr. Dean said she can’t do a cortisol shot (disappointed cause when I scheduled the appointment I told them what I was looking for and was told Dr. Dean could help) plus when talking to Dr. Dean I told her all I did including PT and it was like she did not listen to me at all for she only recommended me to do PT instead of helping out with what I was looking for in the first place with Dr. Lipnick. From one health care professional to another, I am extremely disappointed with this appointment.

If you struggle with anxiety or depression or any mental health issues, AVOID THIS DOCTOR. My regular doctor, who I loved, moved out of state, so I requested Dr. Dean as she had some good reviews and works at the same practice. I was sure she'd take the time to read my records, but I guess she didn't bother. I told her what was wrong, told her what prescriptions work well for me, and was told that I needed something stronger and long-term, and that the meds that work for me were 'just a band-aid.' NOBODY should ever make such an assumption after speaking with someone they've never met before, for less than fifteen minutes, without taking the time to read past records. I know what works for my body and my mind. She completely dismissed me, assuming that because she's the doctor, she knows best.

My appointment was very seamless and efficient! Everyone was very polite and professional and we got a lot accomplished in one visit!

Dr. Dean has been my primary for over 10yrs. I'm very picky. She's Professional and personable. Everyone at Ponderosa Family is GREAT! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them.

Got in quickly, Dr Dean did a review of my blood pressures I brought in. It was a very focused appointment.
