Doctor is ok but staff is terrible

m not sure what the hype is all about at this place. You can't get anything done in a timely manner. 3 months out for wellness, 2 weeks out when you are suffering from a flu or cold. How the heck did they get such a high review. Even for blood work, it is a month to schedule out. Always waiting 30 minutes plus for their front desk. The doctor seems nice enough, but the supporting staff is terrible. Go here if you have family that don't get sick, I suppose. Don't go here if you are actually looking for health care. Plus, the referrals and billing teams are unhelpful, too. Instead of helping, they just keep saying it's not my job.
