Sinus surgery
After having sinus issues my entire life, I saw Dr Kessler and was diagnosed with a severe deviated septum and other issues. Surgery was scheduled and performed; I couldn't be more pleased. He is an excellent doctor/surgeon and I highly recommend him for your ENT needs.

Rudeness
Dr. Kessler did nor return my phone call although I had left a message four times. This is extremely rude and I am a physician. I don’t know if this attributed to him or his staff.

My experience was very poor. He was not knowledgeable and refused to treat me for my ailment especially after I refused to do the list of unnecessary tests he wanted me to do. He had no problem sending a huge bill though.

Dr . Kessler was great! He is the most personable physician I’ve met. He listens to the patient while maintaining eye contact with them and spends enough time to make you feel like you’re more than a number to rush through the system. I’ve had more relief from my allergy symptoms from going to Dr Kessler than any other doctor I’ve seen in the past twenty years. I trust my life in his hands! He is great! And Rock Hill is lucky to have him!

So this will be my son third time getting eat tubes put in his ears I tired to express my concerns with Mr Kessler and he took me as a joke my child is 1 year old I didn't feel it was ok to keep doing and he just simply said just do whatever like he don't care I mean it's not his child his probably one of the light headed Dr I know I will diffently be switching doctors soon.

Dr. Kessler performed a tonsillectomy on me at age 62. He spent time explaining to me what it would be like for someone at my age, yet did not scare me. He took the time to answer all of my questions and reassured me. I could not be more pleased with the surgery, my healing process, and I have since had other doctors compliment me on what a good job the doctor did who performed my tonsillectomy. I since returned to Dr. Kessler with a problem with my nose. Again, he did a superb job!
