Telehealth
He basically told me I should to to a urgent care for treatment. He would not listen to my symptoms and stopped replying so I could not get any treatment at all

There's a reason trust in doctors is all time low-
Telehealth
And it's because of doctors like this. I feel like such a fool for getting excited about potentially being able to afford medical care for the first time in 10 years. The app and doctor both, useless. Other review is spot on, he'll just tell you to see a doctor in person. Total waste of money.

Telehealth visit through Khealth
I spoke with Dr. Farwell through Khealth. I was very thorough and specific about what my concerns were, what I had tried to remedy my symptoms, what had worked and hadn’t worked in the past. Dr Farewell simply said I wasn’t being specific enough, disregarded my main concern and stated I should seek local help. There didn’t even seem to be an attempt to figure out what was wrong. In our entire conversation he asked 5 questions total.

Denied care over lies
This guy will lie to you and deny care based on verifiably incorrect information. Tried to tell me my prescription (for diabetes!) was a controlled substance and he couldn't prescribe it. What nonsense.
