Dr. Charles Shuff, MD

Friendly atmosphere from the beginning among the staff. Very polite and helpful. Although Dr. Shuff did not spend a lot of time with me, he was knowledgeable about my health issue. Wrote me a prescription for a back brace that, once it is fitted, will hopefully help with my chronic back pain.

Dr. Shuff is very personable. A very good listener who also provides clear and understandable explanations of your issues and his recommendations to remedy your pain caused by injury or illness. He is a caring doctor concerned with your health.

My 14 year old had a follow up appointment after his walk in visit at a different location. Dr. Shuff was great, he listened and took his time to assess the issue. Very friendly Dr and easy to communicate with. He made sure actions are taken and I’m happy with how things are proceeding.

Came early for early morning appointment. Checked in and waited in waiting room while everyone else got called. No acknowledgement until I inquired with staff. Eventually called to exam room. Waited there for another half hour without any communication. Eventually left out of frustration. I think the staff forgot about my appointment while I was there.

The doctor and his staff genuinely care about their patients. They take the time to listen and don't negate what you are feeling. You're not treated like a number you're treated like a whole human being.

I went to the wrong location. They gave me 30 minutes to get to the right location.

Gave me the best explanation of how an MRI works, and thoroughly apprised me of my condition and options to address it.

There is no better surgeon to put you at ease that everything will be all right. He doesn't talk about Hana, (though his assistant does) because that may scare me! He dresses casually, exuding the confidence of an experienced doctor that knows how to fix you. I trust him completely. You should too!

Dr. Shuff really takes his time to actually listen when I speak. He gathers all information and educates me on all the options of what could help and then he allowed me to choose how I wanted to start treatment

Waited over an hour . He finally walks in and saids “ what can I do for you ? I’m sorry maybe I was expecting him to already be prepared seeings how my chart was in his hands .and I waited over an hour . I was there for him to read my MRIs. 100% that he was completely clueless as to why was there. So instead of reading my scans , he asked my age ??? As if that has anything to do with anything !! before look at any x-rays or MRIs he told me it was most likely arthritis !! Wow ! I was completely fine before knee surgery ,now I’m handicapped . Months laterLess I can’t hold my upper body up! I want to know what happened during surgery!!! Arthritis does it come on like that!! I know aching joints , verse being paralyzed!! I know nerve damage . I’ve had spine surgery before! His complete bedside manner was the worst! He was all about pushing steroid injections, and giving out pills. He doesn’t know how to read the MRI Or X-ray ! He is a lair
