Went in for an appointment, and was immediately overwhelmed by him from the moment he walked into the room. I voiced a concern that was checked, but was only told it was normal. After feeling like he didn't care, I began to cry. As the appointment continued, he addressed the problems of having anxiety, and needing counseling. As a first time mom, I feel that I have a lot of overwhelming moments, and worry when it comes to my unborn child. He then wrote on my notes that I have a lot of anxiety, stress, and cries constantly. Which in my normal life is not the case. I hardly cry, but do deal with a lot of stress because of my job, which was expressed to him when we fist met. As the appointment went on, I also mentioned that I had passed out a few weeks prior at work, and was diagnosed with being anemic. He then writes on my doctor note that I claimed that I was anemic. This was hands down the worst experience of my life. Felt very belittled, and off little importance.

Bladder suspension checkup
As always Dr. Thompson was polite and funny as we first visited. He explained what he was doing through the entire exam and from his questions, my answers he advised trying a new device. He always says to check with his office if there are any problems. Wish all doctors made you feel like you are their only patient!!!

Great experience!
I very much had a great experience with Dr. Thompson. He was very attentive when I explained what I was going through. He didn’t interrupt me and I felt that I was heard. He knows what he is doing. I look forward to keeping him as my regular gynecologist. Thanks for everything Dr. Thompson!

Would highly recommend
I have needed surgery for several years but due to a unhelpful and rude doctor I have not done it. I so wish I had gone for a second opinion sooner. Dr. Thompson explained the surgery and eased my fears. I have surgery scheduled soon. The office staff have been so friendly, professional and kind. I have the utmost confidence in Dr. Thompson!

Very poor dr. Wouldn't explain anything. Said everything was normal, which it wasn't. Said live with the pain for a few months. Then left medical notes calling her a drug seeker. Having surgery soon.

Dr. Thompson was very caring during my recent miscarriage. However, he saw me on the day my body was trying to pass everything. His only advice was to "take ibuprofen". I understand conservativism with stronger drugs, but when you have a woman clearly in excruciating pain, you either prescribe the strong stuff or admit her to the hospital. I talked to a perinatal nurse who was furious that he didn't. A miscarriage is hard enough. Why allow it to be more difficult? I'll be looking for a new doc.
