Took me right at my appointment time, all staff very friendly. New facility, clean, great parking, lots of handicapped parking! Oh, and she has a smile that will brighten your day!

How quickly I got appointment. A very thorough evaluation. Very friendly, professional and was very helpful.

Dr Frost was absolutely wonderful! She discussed my procedure at length prior to and during the procedure. She made sure I knew what was happening during the procedure and if I was comfortable or in pain. I highly recommend Dr Frost to everyone. Her staff was wonderful as well.

She is just a great Doctor/person. She cares. Every staff member that I met when she was attending to me said they loved her & wished they could work just with her. NOW that says something. I am so going to miss her and I wish her well in her new marriage & her move to bigger and better things.

When I saw Dr. Frost for the first time, I was a mess. I was having crippling pain in my right SI joint, and Dr Frost actually took the time to do a physical exam, read my medical history, and spent the necessary time asking and answering questions, to be able to create a treatment plan that has worked 100% for my problem. I have NEVER had a specialist that actually listened and HEARD what I was asking for. MY life back. Dr. Frost is not just an incredible neurosurgeon, she is a WONDERFUL person. Poor office staff. Should reconsider who answers the phone to schedule appointments. The receptionist refused to consider scheduling a new patient appointment unless I listed every chronic pain condition I have over the phone just to respond that they don't treat habitual drug prescription users (whatever that is supposed to mean). I don't even have pain medicine prescribed. After stating that is not what I am looking to be seen for, she then responded that I cannot make an appointment unless I send in my medical records for review. If approved to be seen by the practice, then they will contact me to schedule an appointment. If you want to be interrogated & subliminally accused of looking for opioid/narcotic pain medicine prescriptions, then call USF Health for an appointment!

On March 31, 2023, Dr. Chelsea Frost performed a left intercostal block around T8. She talked with me before and after the procedure that only took about 15 minutes. This is the first time I’ve had relief on my middle back. If you’re in pain, this is the doctor that I recommend that you see.

Dr. Frost's confidence really put me at ease. I don't exactly have 'white coat syndrome, but I am more cautious today than I wish I had to be. Dr. Frost explained the procedure, what I could expect through the procedure in detail, and enthusiastically addressed my concerns. She had thorough answers for my questions, not the rehearsed or prepared answers I have been supplied by others who treat my medical chart. I felt she saw my discomfort the way empathetic professionals should. When my insurance denied the procedure, Dr. Frost appealed that decision immediately. That was so above the bar, but more than that, allowed the surrender of that worry. Being in physical pain for a while, you start to feel a little helpless. Her response time did not let that helplessness grow...which is dedication to her patient, nothing less.

Dr. Frost is great. She listens and asks good questions. Has a very detailed process that moves through as many steps as necessary to diagnose the back and hip issues I've been having then does the same with treatment. She is responsive to my questions and comments and responds to MyChart messages in a very timely manner. Appointment scheduling is easy with Dr. Frost and her team is great to work with.

This young woman has a great future in her field. Her patience with me has been remarkable, (i can be difficult), and her empathy is truly appreciated every time we speak. Despite the absurd red tape and regulations hog tying my procedure, we got it done and I am feeling great. Thank you Dr Chelsea Frost and Mark too

I love Dr Frost! I was referred to her for chronic crippling lower back pain and from my first appointment I knew that I could trust her. She spent tons of time reviewing my medical history but even took note of my personal life and understood how my pain was affecting my life and ability to be a mom to my 1 year old. She’s super responsive to ever email (i’m talking same day answers) She has since then done everything in her power to relieve my pain and allow me to remain fully active.
