Very compassionate and listened.
She explained everything that was going on with us. Our wait time wasn’t long and all the testing was able to be done in her office. She is a very good ENT.

Not ever!
Wait time was extremely long, staff from reception to dr. Was rude and unhelpful, scheduled a ct scan with contrast, and was never notified of any results, after calling to cancel the next appt with her, Maria one of her staff members, called and said I was no longer a patient of hers. I would not recommend her to anyone.

Love her!
Dr. Smith is always so caring and gentle! She has always informed me what was going to happen and what she sees. Her nurses are empathetic and friendly. I trust her implicitly. I highly recommend her!

Wait time is always minimal, she is never rushed, explains what is going to do before she does it, and patiently answers all questions. She explains explains everything without being condescending about it, and I trust her decisions all the way. She is confident and has a great bedside manner.

This suppose to be ENT specialist does not listen to patients and falsely reported information in my medical report which since I’m now seeing this plan to file suit I do not care for anyone to defame my character and make me appear to be or have some type of condition that I know is severely false and because of your misdiagnosis unprofessionalism and Defamation I have suffered severely you have no idea how your slanderous documentation affected me and I’m planning to get an attorney about this
