Dr. Cherra Pumphrey, MD

I'm very happy and satisfied with Dr Pumphrey . She is clear when explaining what our goals are and how I can best achieve them . She spends just the right amount of time and shows me that she really cares about my well being .Also , the nurse , Devon Wright is always pleasant and cheerful and willing to help me with all my needs and concerns . Dr Pumphrey and her Nurse go above and beyond to take care of my health needs. I most certainly highly recommend Dr Pumphrey and staff for anyone.

Her genuine care and compassion for her patients well being. She does not rush in and makes you feel like a number and then rush back out. She takes the time to listen to your concerns and then helps you walk through the steps to bring you to the best health and results needed for your life. I never feel as tho I am just another appointment that she has to fit in but, that when she steps through that door, I and my health is her only concern and focus. I am 70 years old and have had many doctors in my lifetime. But, I can truthfully say that Dr. Pumphrey is the best and most caring that I have had to privilege to be watching over my health needs. I hope she remains in the Crestview area for many years to come. Because, if she did happen to move to another area, it would be a most difficult task to find another to replace her as my doctor.

Caring , kind, listens to my complaints and orders test and referrals fast.

Dr. Pumphrey barely spoked a word. Very judgmental looks throughout the entire appointment. Seemed as if I were an inconvenience during the appointment. Weird.

Dr. Pumphrey is a great primary care physician! I am so thankful she accepted me as a patient. I moved to Crestview from Alabama and was concerned about finding a doctor. Dr. Pumphrey is very caring, listens to all my concerns and offers suggestions based on my concerns and her findings. She is very thorough. Again, very thankful to be her patient.

Dr. Pumphrey is a thorough physician in my opinion. She listens to history and looks for alternatives. She doesn’t jump to pull pushing which I appreciate. She doesn’t push for tests unrelated to reason for the visit which I’ve experienced recently.
