Dr. Christie Ton, MD

Recently moved to NC and needed a primary care doctor. Very pleased to have found Dr. Ton and happy that she is a DO. She took her time and carefully reviewed my health issues and answered all my questions.

I had a great experience with Dr. Ton. She listened carefully to my concerns, discussed my medical history and addressed all my health issues - a very good experience with a caring doctor. Additionally she called me twice with test results and recommendations. Very pleased to have her as my physician.

First time visit & fell in love w this dr. I've been lost since Dr. Ringel left and now I have hope. I highly recommend Dr. Ton!!!

Dr Ton took over for my Primary care doctor, that has been treating me for over 6 years. I was very disappointed in the care, or really it was Lack of Care! After speaking with the Dr. for ten minutes after meeting her, I knew she had not even looked at my medical chart. Then (as if that wasn’t enough) she proceeded to tell me she was going to be taking me off my medication, and that I don’t have a diagnosis that I have been given for over 7 years now. It miraculously disappeared I guess! I knew something was wrong when she NEVER listened to my breathing ( I have asthma not controlled) nor did she ask to see my feet.. I have severe bunions causing deformation in my feet. She just kept talking about my medications. I have asked to speak with her manager several times. I just got a voicemail yesterday from the manager so I guess we are going to play phone tag. Dr. Ton is definitely not for everyone.. Especially those who are educated about their health issues!
