Great visit excellent physician

Dr. Ecker was perhaps the worst pediatric specialist I’ve ever encountered, which speaks volumes since I’ve been in the medical field for nearly three decades. Her blatant disregard for the patients’ rights, concerns and vulnerabilities is alarming. Not only was she incredibly disrespectful, she threatened to ban us from the practice we’ve been utilizing for five years, just because we dared to question her. To put it plainly, she would be better as a bouncer than a doctor!

I had the worse experience I ever had with a medical professional. Not only her manners, she doesn’t offer quality of care, no ethics, she didn’t listen my concerns as a parent, she over talked and she neglect on giving referral and prescription. She didn’t even know that one of the inactive ingredients of the medication she was prescribing it contains refined peanut and my kid is allergic to it. As a parent I’m really concerned that a person like this can hold a health professional license.

It was our first time seeing this doctor. I brought my 7 year old and 22 month old.. The nursShe was very unfriendly from the start. She was rude to my 7 year old and not nice at all. I was in shock that a doctor that didn't seem good at all with kids could be a pedriatician. There was some kind of mix up with my kids vaccine records from previous doctors and I could not believe the way she was talking to me about it! Really poor bedside manners. I will never ever take my children to her again

She was really rude and she did not want to prescribe asthma medicine to my asthmatic kid, he is been asthmatic for 4 years, he had ear pain and she did not want to prescribe anything for that pain, he had to be with pain for 3 days until the antibiotic finally worked.
