Did she do the surgery?
Does not listen. Didn’t read my chart. I was terminated as a patient for peacefully advocating for myself after begging for blood tests, post surgical procedures. Rapidly declining health and was told I needed the psych ER. Her staff was hostile towards me. When I finally found out my thyroid blew out after the surgery (which I told her was the case), she was completely unapologetic. She really made me feel less than as a human being. I don’t know how someone does that to another human being, let alone a doctor who took an oath to do no harm. There are far better doctors, even in Texas.

I suffered with chronic endometriosis. I’ve been to many doctors and had two surgeries before moving to Austin and seeing Dr. Salazar. I am forever grateful for her! She is very knowledgeable and very caring! I can say she truly changed my life.
