Do not see this Doctor in the ER at Southview. I had a fractured leg and she sent me home with no pain management. This Doctor did not care that I would be in pain, or how I would make it home. I came alone to the ER, they sent me out the door with an air cast and nothing more. Because of this Doctors decision making, I had to suffer until I was able to get into another Doctor, that actually cared that I was in serious pain. I will never allow this Doctor to treat me nor will I ever return to Southview ER. This Doctor has ZERO concern for your pain.

This is my first time using this website and I hope the last time. Do not come to Dr. Smith with anything that is less than physically debilitating; she is not interested in cases of chronic pain which are anything less than that, if my case serves as any example. I am 24 years old and have been living with constant shoulder pain pursuant to an injury in 2016. I spend a good 25% of my day massaging my shoulder in an attempt to provide any relief. After two years of intense physical therapy, I made an appointment with Dr. Smith. After waiting two months to get in, I was told that I am "full strength" and that she "just doesn't see" my pain. I am certain that Dr. Smith is used to seeing patients in worse shape than I currently am in, but my quality of life has been and continues to be greatly diminished by my injury. Dr. Smith did nothing in the way of alleviating my pain and provided me with no helpful information going forward. I can't recommend any patient to seek out her "care."
