Staff were very nice and efficient. Dr. Cook was quite Pleasant to work with and he was quite expert and removing my facial cancer. He's highly recommended

Dr Cook is the reason that I am currently melanoma free right now. I see him every six months and he has removed several moderate to severe Pre melanomas. He has a wonderful bedside manner and I am very grateful to have him. I just wish he was in the Wilmington office more often. Have recommended him to several people.

Took my 14 yr old son to see Dr. Cook because his psoriasis got out of control. Dr. Cook was so understanding and compassionate with my son's situation and placed him on two prescriptions and told my son that in 4 months he would help clear 80 percent of his skin. Its been 4 months and my son's skin is 95% clear. He's an amazing physician and a true professional. His staff was pretty awesome also. We got there 15 minutes late (construction) and they still took us. Just an amazing experience.
