Excellent!!
Scheduling appointment is easy. No long waits to be called in. Dr. Hartman is very understanding of concerns and takes them into consideration with treatment. He spends plenty of time with me and listens to me. His bedside manner is excellent.I have seen him for two issues, and he has been spot on with diagnosis and treatment with each. I would recommend him to anyone that wants to be heard by their doctor, not just get assembly line treatment and be cared for appropriately.

Disappointing...
On a recommendation from my PCP went to see Dr. Hartman. Explained to him I have been in excruciating pain for years. Looked at my CT scan did not show anything, but subsequently have taken numerous kidney ultrasounds, I have three large kidney stones in both kidneys. Still in a lot of pain. Should of suggested an ultrasound, sometimes one test shows what others do not. Just submitted a urine sample, called me for follow up, but dismissive. I heard if a patient does need lithotripsy, he suggests another doctor in Lake Success. What good is it to go to a doctor who is going to suggested another doctor? I will say he seems to be a nice young man personality wise, but should be more proactice. I am still on a quest to find a good urologist that is not dismissive, to be in pain for so long is utterly ridiculous, hopefully eventually I will find one.

Dr. Hartman is an amazing Doctor. He is so compassionate, patient and thorough. He really listens and doesn’t rush through just to get to the next appointment. He even called himself to let me know the results of basic labs just 2 days after the appointment. I would recommend him to everyone.
